After more than 50 years of the war on drugs, the public agrees that it’s failed and it’s time for a new approach.

Even President Biden said no one should be incarcerated for drug use and committed to federal drug reforms and shifting away from punishment towards health. Now is the time for this Administration to make good on those promises.

We know it’s time to end the drug war.
